§ 1. Shipping costs
1.1. Shipping costs depend on the selected method and supplier and are calculated automatically when placing the order.
1.2. Standard delivery options include:
- Courier – PLN 14.99
- InPost parcel locker – PLN 12.99
- Personal collection – free of charge (possibility available after prior contact)
1.3. For orders over PLN 300 we offer free delivery within Poland.
§ 2. Order fulfillment time
2.1. Orders placed on working days before 3:00 p.m. will be processed within 1-2 working days.
2.2. Delivery time depends on the chosen method:
- Courier - 1-2 business days
- InPost parcel locker – 1-3 business days
- Personal collection - available after order confirmation by our team
2.3. Deliveries are made on working days only (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next working day.
